Come and join us for a crochet and knitting group with an emphasis on mindfulness and fun.

Studies have found that as well as being great fun, the benefits of crochet and knitting include calmness, happiness, and improvements in memory and attention span.

Whether you are a whiz or an absolute beginner, you are welcome to join us. Bring your own project or we can get you started on something simple.
