A warm and thoughtful women’s circle about first periods, growing up, and the messages we received about our bodies.
This is not a clinical talk, but a coming together.
Through conversation, reflection, humour, and shared stories, we’ll explore the many different ways women experienced menstruation for the first time.
No pressure to share, just an invitation to listen, connect, and reflect together.
