Winter Wellness Workshop: Prepare your immune system to avoid colds and flus this winter.

This Winter Wellness Workshop will highlight the importance of proper immune health during colder months, emphasising common misconceptions about colds and flus.

There are practical strategies for bolstering immunity, including nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive measures that work. The audience will take away clear sustainable tips for staying healthy throughout the winter season so they can proactively defend against colds and flu and other viruses.

Presenter Minjayati, is a local accredited naturopath and mindset coach who has decades of professional experience in the health and wellness industry.
