Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this gentle class offers a unique opportunity to stretch, strengthen and relax without leaving your seat.

Led by the wonderful Lynda, from Pilates with Lynda, you’ll learn simple yet effective poses and breathing techniques designed to promote flexibility, reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing.

No special equipment required, just bring yourself and an open mind. All attendees receive a small gift.
