Unlocking your artistic voice and dive into the importance of your Throat Chakra, which influences the way we communicate.
In this workshop you will be introduced how to recognise some of the cues that this chakra may be out of balance and discover how to incorporate artistic creative painting techniques, patterns and images to re-balance the Throat chakra by creating artwork to activate, open and heal Throat Chakra.
In addition, this workshop helps you to understand and connect with the Throat chakra specifically in artistic and creative way.

Suitable for ages 12+ upwards
