Release tension & surrender into deep relaxation as healing sounds wash over you & you move into stillness & connect within.

Please note that with this Sound Bath experience you will sit/lay still and quiet for an hour.

You may like to bring your own yoga mat, rug + pillow to use. Please advise when booking your ticket if you would like a chair provided.

This event is for ages 15+.

What happens during a sound bath?

You will be gently guided into a relaxed state with a verbal meditation before Rebecca from Sonic Embrace starts weaving together a blissful soundscape. Warming up with soul awakening vocal tones and light language before transitioning to gongs, crystal bowls and delightful percussion, healing sounds will wash over you in a continual and seamless flow. The sound is followed by a silent pause, allowing for contrast through the absence of sound before softly spoken words guide you toward self-reflection and integration. You are slowly welcomed back into your body and into the room.
