Come and try Vinyasa yoga with Emma in a relaxed comfortable environment where babies/children are welcome to join.

BYO yoga mat or towel

All welcome with no experience necessary. Vinyasa yoga with Emma is an invigorating sequence of moments to warm the body and calm the mind.
