Have Your First Experience with Ochre Play

In this session, Southern Cultural Immersion will lead you through an Ochre Painting class aimed at younger emerging artists.

A First Nations artist will introduce several different symbols that you can use to create your very own personalised artwork. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the history of Aboriginal art, and discover the cultural significance that art has in Kaurna culture while using locally source ochre. All materials are provided, including your own canvas each to keep.

Children under 10 must have a caregiver present in the library
