Celebrate NAIDOC Week at Burnside Library!

Join authors Rebecca Sullivan and Damien Coulthard for this special NAIDOC Week talk to learn how you can include truly native Australian ingredients in your everyday cooking.

With their mission being to regenerate culture, community, tradition, health and our soils, Rebecca Sullivan and Damien Coulthard founded their business, Warndu (meaning ‘good’ in Adnyamathna language).

The First Nations Food Companion is a groundbreaking celebration of the most accessible and popular Australian native ingredients and their uses in the everyday home kitchen. Learn to create meaningful meals; meals that are local and seasonal in the true sense of words.

Taste ingredients and share a fun and informative evening.

Tickets include a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival and tastings.
