AT THE STATE LIBRARY

Moon Builders Wanted

We need your help!

The year is 2100 and the first city is being built on the moon.

We’re looking for builders with big imaginations who can help us build the ultimate lunar metropolis.

Get creative with paper, pencils, scissors, and a spark of inspiration, then add your structure, creature or invention to our giant collaborative moonscape inside the State Library’s Foyer.

A cafe in a crater? A floating greenhouse full of vegetables? A rocket-powered car? What you create is entirely up to you.

This hands-on, family-friendly activity is open to all ages.

All materials are provided. Drop in any time during opening hours.

Moon builders, apply within.
