AT ORROROO LIBRARY

As part of the Firstival celebrations, Orroroo Library is excited to present a cooking class with Gaye Kuerschner, cooking in the school trade kitchen.

Learn how to make Banh Mi. Make the Vietnamese roll, julienne and pickle vegetables, make special Vietnamese spread and then add crispy pork/chicken. Yum! Stay for lunch to savour your Banh Mi creation.

Please bring along your apron. A complimentary goodie bag is available for each participant. Bookings essential. Free admission. To book, phone the library on 8658 1100.
