Dust off the DeLorean and prepare to journey back in time for: LOAD READY RUN

Step back to the 80’s with the Prospect Library to experience education that truly felt futuristic through ????Commodore 64 games that were ????vibrant, ????loud, filled with ????fun and focused on STEM learning.

Experience hands-on intergenerational fun and learning with our fully playable gallery of educational games from yesteryear including everyone’s favorite Granny’s Garden. A staple of SA Schools in the 80’s and 90’s thanks to locally based software publisher Satchel Software.

Hear a talk from software developer Dean Hodgson, who engineered such classics as ????Granny’s Garden, ????Mathbooster, and ????Jara-Tava: The Isle of Fire. Hear Dean share his approach to coding and his history of games development in South Australia.

Prepare to LOAD up some classics, get READY to learn, and RUN to this hands-on Firstival experience at the Prospect Library. ????????????
