Would you like to improve your balance, flexibility and strength?
Try a session of gentle mind and body exercises led by Active Ageing instructor Sue Wilson.
The sessions feature seated and standing exercises, as well as some fun brain gym games. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, including seniors.
Bring your own resistance band (if you have one) and a water bottle.
