In ‘The Giggle Game’ Show this Pirate Captain needs a crew on a voyage aboard the Laugh Boat to get more treasure. Sign up for the interactive fun filled with lashings of laughter and songs.
The Giggle Game is based on the concept of Laughter Yoga, which promotes the action of deep breathing through the fun of shared, intentional laughter.
It does not rely on humour or jokes, simply inviting participants to share a smile and laugh with others in natural ‘social’ laughter.
This is the kind of laughter we do when with others, just for the pure joy of being in their company. It is also a form of tension and emotion release.
Laughter Yoga provides a safe, welcoming area for participants to enter and enjoy the benefits immediately, a portable ‘playground.’ While aerobic activity is the primary key to wellness, participants hardly notice they are ‘exercising’ when they’re having so much fun.
