Are you curious about digging into your past and ancestors? This is your first step into the thrilling world of family history! Uncover your roots, trace generations, and unlock the stories hidden in your family tree.

In this workshop you will start exploring the first branches of your family tree and your family history using Ancestry.com. Benefit from the expertise and advice of library staff to give you tips and tricks along the way as you start your search.

The workshop is aimed at beginners and follow up sessions can be booked with staff if you want to continue but are not confident with technology.

Please bring any known names, dates of birth and other information you may have of family members to kick-start your research.
