Felt Your First Exhibition

Be part of something creative, collaborative, and completely unique this Firstival!

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming felt-making workshop where participants will help create elements for our upcoming SALA exhibition, Symphony of Stories – a celebration of books, music, imagination, and storytelling inspired by Book Week.

Together, we’ll create felt lettering for the exhibition title along with beautiful felted musical notes that will become part of the final exhibition display.

No experience is needed – this beginner-friendly session is the perfect introduction to the art of felting.

You’ll learn simple techniques, experiment with colour and texture, and contribute to a shared community artwork celebrating creativity and stories.

Whether you’re trying felting for the first time or simply looking for a creative morning out, this is a wonderful opportunity to make, connect, and be part of an exhibition from the very beginning.
