The “Essential Skills Kickstart” Workshop isn’t just another workshop. – it’s real life stuff that 14-30 year-olds actually need. We’ll cover how to:

• communicate better

• manage your time (and stress)

• build confidence without the cringe

• network without it being awkward

• get your head around the money basics

• handle your emotions in a healthy way

Plus we’ll chat about looking after your mental and physical wellbeing. You will walk away with practical tips you can use straight away. Come join us!
