Join Tiffany from Solace Mindfulness and Meditation as she guides children through an hour of play-based activities including the creation of affirmation cards and calm jars.
Tiffany’s mindfulness workshop will further support children’s emotional capacity, value and belief building, motivation, focus and problem-solving skills, demonstrating that challenging situations can be overcome.
