Join psychotherapist, counsellor & hypnotherapist, Natalie Gardner, for the launch of her new book ‘Discover Your Hidden Potential’.

A motivational book, Natalie owner and founder of Altramind hypnotherapy invites you to embark on a transformative journey towards self-realisation and empowerment.

Natalie unravels a tapestry of her own life tracing the breadcrumbs to her unique journey that led her to the discovery of her inner ‘blueprints.’ Through her personal revelations she illuminates the path to understanding yourself on a deeper level empowering you to live your best life. Copies of the book will be available for purchase on the day.
