There’s been a Murder in the building: was it the dog walker with the yarn butler or the florist with the pinking shears?
We’ll leave that mystery to Poirot… but come along to this workshop to unravel the mystery of knitting and make a simple book jacket with Pru Raymond. Each completed cover will encase a cosy mystery in the Prospect Library collection for display throughout July. At the end of the month you can collect your cover and borrow the book too!
Through this workshop, you will learn some of the fundamental techniques to begin your knitting journey and discuss the topics of censorship of books, why we might want to conceal what your reaching and get excited about the mystery of learning a new skill.
Please note that this workshop is 12+. We welcome everyone from all skills and background to come and learn with us.
