Cooking with Gaye -Turkish Pide

Enjoy a morning tea in the library with a sharing of information followed by a cooking demonstration in the trade kitchen.

Then it’s your turn to be hands on in the preparation and cooking of Turkish Pide -a Turkish flatbread stuffed with a spiced beef, tomato and cheese.

Learn how to shape the dough, make the spiced beef, assemble the Pide, then bake and eat. Delicious!

Receive a free goody bag too!

Please bring an apron if you have one.
