If you are looking for something new, fun and crafty these holidays, join our pressed flowers session. We will be making bookmarks at the session, but you are welcome to use your creativity and make a keepsake or a nature journal or whatever takes your fancy. All materials provided. If you like you can bring in your own pressed flowers on the day. This event is proudly part of LibrariesSA’s Firstival.

How to press – Start 2 to 3 days before the event

1. Choose your favourite flowers/weeds or leaves – not too bulky
2. Place in a thick book. Check to see they are flat and spaced out
3. Weight down book
