Come and enjoy a beginner yoga class in a group setting with a qualified yoga instructor. Learn some basic yoga poses and meditation.

Come and enjoy a beginner yoga class in a group setting with a qualified yoga instructor. Learn some basic yoga poses and meditation. The class will be gentle movements for beginners so participants that have never practiced yoga before are encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat if you own one. If not, a mat will be supplied.

Adults of all ages and abilities are encouraged to attend.

Teenagers 13+ if accompanied by an adult.
