Come and Try Chair Yoga
A gentle and accessible yoga class designed for anyone seeking extra support in their movement practice or are curious about chair yoga and its benefits.
Using a chair for seated poses and standing support, this class focuses on mindful movement, breath connection, balance, gentle strength-building, and improving joint mobility and range of motion.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners, older adults, those recovering from injury, or anyone wanting a slower-paced and supportive practice.
Expect a calm, nurturing environment that encourages ease, confidence, and body awareness with a little fun.
Yoga teacher Jade has over 500 hours of yoga training and 8 years teaching in a Hatha practice along with additional training in pre and post-natal yoga, yoga nidra and Yin yoga.
Jade has a passion for sharing yoga with anyone who is open to learning, with a current fascination with somatic movement, breathwork and lymphatic self-massage.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Classes are traditionally practiced barefoot or without shoes to support stability and connection to the body. BYO water bottle
