Come and Try Brain Gym®

Come along to this introductory session and find out how Brain Gym® develops the brain’s neural pathways through movement.

Find out how to live and learn more effectively with Brain Gym® in this session with Tania, a highly experienced and retired Brain Gym® instructor and member of the international faculty of Brain Gym® with over 40 years experience.

This session will introduce you to Brain Gym®, an educational, movement-based program that focuses on the use of simple movements to improve the coordination of the mind and body and make learning and retaining new knowledge easier.

You will be shown how you can include these simple movements into your daily life to actively relax your body, reduce stress and learn effectively. The movements can be safely performed by people of all ages and mobility.

Please bring a bottle of water to the session.
