AT EVANSTON GARDENS LIBRARY

Tallest Person in the History of the World

Join us as we discover, learn about, count, draw, and use measurement to understand and relate to this unique person.

We will work together to measure, record, compare, and examine similarities and differences, finishing off with a fun, hands on, multi-sensory activity that connects us to size and difference.

Through incidental learning from play, words, art and creation, we will lightly tap into English, Science, History, Geography, Mathematics and Numeracy. Additional activities available for those who want a challenge.

Facilitated by Teach Many Ways, this workshop is suitable for homeschool families with children aged 5-16 (extension material available for those wanting a challenge). All materials provided. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult.

Monday 29th July, 10:00am – 11:30am
