Attention kids! Gather your gardening gloves, your gumboots and your wet weather gear (just in case!) and join us as we plant one hundred native plants this school holidays.
Led by Danny, our friendly neighbourhood Adelaide Plains Council Coastal Conservation Officer, there will be plenty of opportunity to get down and dirty during this hands-on horticulture activity.
Plant, fertilize and water in some native plants in the Tangari Reserve while learning about identification, conservation and how we can all make a difference. Then reward your efforts with a complimentary morning tea snack.
Suitable for school-aged children. Bring your Children’s University passport to get it stamped.
This event is proudly part of LibrariesSA’s Firstival. Learn more at firstival.com.au
