Join us for a mindfulness workshop with Catherine Hannah.
Let’s Get Mindful is a relaxed group where you’ll be introduced to mindfulness, what it is, and how it can support your wellbeing.
Sessions include guided mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, and simple relaxation techniques you can use in everyday life.
Mindfulness can help with stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and feeling more present in day-to-day life.
No experience needed, just bring yourself. Run by Catherine, a social worker and counsellor in mental health.
