Kaurna Night Skies Stories and Star Gazing for Families

Thursday 11 July, 6.30pm to 8pm

This family event will be one to be remembered, listen to Kaurna night skies stories and learn how to search the skies with a telescope.

Each family will have a telescope to assemble and to discover and explore the night skies.

Aunty Elaine will talk about the traditional Kaurna night skies stories: Emy, seven sisters, Wiltu (Southern Cross) and Kaurna words for night skies.

Bookings are essential.

Parking is available on Young Street and Waite Street.

Although our skilled staff will be onsite parent/carers are responsible for the supervision of their children during the session.

Please book tickets in the child’s name, bookings not required for parents/carers. If unable to attend please cancel your ticket as spaces are limited.
