AT CAMPBELLTOWN LIBRARY

Join us at the Library for our first session of Chair Yoga! 

Taught by local Yoga Instructor Rubina of ABCD Yoga this fun workshop will incorporate breathing exercises, yoga poses, stretches, relaxation techniques and more all while seated. The aim of these classes is to improve flexibility, strength and posture.

This first session is a free introductory session. Future classes will be $10 + Booking Fee per class.
